About Seva Bharati
Seva Bharati is a self-sustained Non-Governmental Organization that is completely dedicated for the benefit of weaker classes of society and we do not believe in race, creed, religion, sects or geographical regions. Our only motto is provide the right person the right opportunity at the right time.
The organization is registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950.
Seva Bharati is headed by renowned Philanthropist, poet, social worker and entrepreneur Mr. Jaya K. Shetty who has been involved in social service for more than 4 decades now. Never the less there are uncountable people that have constantly contributed in the making of Seva Bharati.
Seva Bharati has served the nation for the last 25 years and is shortly celebrating its Silver Jubilee in the year 2010-2011.
The approach we have is logical, simple and reachable because we look at social causes from two angles. Macro & Micro.

To Identify social deficits and causes. - Micro level
To investigate, innovate, initiate and activate.
Investigate: Deep research of the issues.
Innovate : Creating platforms that work.
Initiate : Building teams to carry the innovation.
Activate: To reach out to the needy.
